Theme Park World
Ok, down to buisiness, I am going to have to put down some general hints as the worlds differ greatly.
Right in front of the gate you need something to make your guests feel happier than they would normally be, so a fountain of some sorts for example, then, on each side of the fountain, you should put food shops and beside them, rides, fixed ones, no fancy track rides, and close buy,(but not too close) toilets. A side show will do fine, beside one of the best rides. One of the essential things to do, is to get security cameras, place them on essential areas, for example, beside the entrance or exit of a ride and near the gates. Then it's staff time, you might want to slow down the time now as the staff are payed by the month and you don't want them to get payed for non-work, oh, and don't forget a staff room.
Now it's gate opening time, remember, listen to your advisor, even though he repeats the same jokes every five minutes, he has some info about the gate price ect. you should be getting along fine, but the cash flow is not too hot, you need a good ride, once the scientist(s) have researched a track ride (not a rollercoaster, they don't seem to attract a huge crowd) start the construction, you may be low on cash, so get a large loan and buy any land that is in the way of your 'masterpiece'. once built, you should push the research into the shops, but not cut back on the others, this means you can have some good revinue from the costume shops and steak restaurants, once you are making a good bit of money, you should try pay off the loan and keep at what you are currently doing. And remember, leave space for paths and amenities as there is nothing more embarissing than just noticing that the rides are too close together for any roads to go to a more northerly area of the park.
